At Arctic Development, we provide digital products such as custom vehicles, scripts, EUP packs, and Discord bots for the FiveM community. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

🔐 Why No Refunds?

  • Digital products cannot be “returned.”

  • Once downloaded or delivered, the product is in your possession permanently.

  • We protect our assets and development time from misuse or unauthorized distribution.

By purchasing from Arctic Development, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.

A: Products are delivered through automatic download or Discord upon purchase. Custom work is sent via private message or email.

Q: Do your scripts require ESX or QBCore?
A: No they do not, these are completely standalone & will work alongside any framework.

Q: I can’t get my product to work. Can I get help?
A: Yes. Join our Discord  and open a support ticket with details, logs, and screenshots. We'll help you set it up properly.

Q: Can I modify your products?
A: You can modify unencrypted files for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly forbidden.

💰 Orders & Legal

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

Q: Can I commission a custom vehicle or script?
A: Yes, we accept commissions. Contact us via Discord with your request and we'll quote you.

Q: Can I resell or share your content?
A: Absolutely not. Redistribution or resale of any Arctic Development product violates our terms and will result in a ban and potential legal action.
