Welcome to Arctic Development. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, and websites operated by Arctic Development ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or commissioning any of our digital products, you agree to these Terms in full.

🔹 1. Agreement and Finality

Once both the customer and Arctic Development have agreed upon a project — whether a standard purchase or a custom commission — all sales are final.
No cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be honored under any circumstance, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

🔹 2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full and upfront before any product is delivered or work begins. This protects both Arctic Development and our customers from scams or fraudulent activity.
Once payment is received, the order is considered final and non-refundable, including in the case of digital products, downloads, or services.

🔹 3. Respectful Conduct Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward disrespectful, hateful, or abusive behavior.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Racist, homophobic, or discriminatory language

  • Harassment of team members or community members

  • Disrespect toward Arctic Development management or staff

Any violations will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent ban from all Arctic Development platforms, websites, and affiliated communities.

🔹 4. Community Ping & Mentioning Policy

To ensure a respectful and productive environment:

  • Do not mass-mention or excessively ping support staff or developers.

  • Please use appropriate channels for support or inquiries.

Disciplinary Actions:

  • First Offense: 5-minute timeout or warning

  • Repeat Offense: Up to 30-day blacklist from community interaction

  • Ongoing Abuse: Permanent ban

🔹 5. Compliance and Consequences

By using any of our products or services, you agree to:

  • Use our products as intended

  • Abide by all server and community rules

  • Not misuse, tamper with, or exploit our content

Violations of these terms may result in:

  • Permanent ban from Arctic Development services and community

  • Revocation of product access

  • Potential legal action in cases of intellectual property abuse

🔹 6. Prohibition on Reselling and Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or share any Arctic Development product — whether paid or free — under any circumstance.
Violations will result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access

  • Permanent ban from all services

  • Possible DMCA or legal enforcement action

🔹 7. Ownership and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • Arctic Development retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all products until full payment is received.

  • After purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your FiveM server or related project.

  • You may not use any of our products in commercial reselling or service redistribution.

🔹 8. Custom Work & Scope Changes

  • Any changes, modifications, or additions to a commissioned product outside the original scope will require a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.

  • All agreements and communications regarding commissions must be documented in writing.

🔹 9. Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We also reserve the right to terminate access to our products or services at any time if you breach these Terms.
